As your personal trainer, I will provide you with a personalized program to help you effectively achieve your weight loss and toning goals. Choosing a personal trainer offers numerous benefits, including:

PERSONAL TRAINING (*)

My personal training service is designed to help you achieve your fitness goals, such as weight loss, toning, and muscle gain, in a safe and effective way. Each session begins with a warm-up, followed by targeted and personalized exercises, and ends with stretching to ensure optimal muscle recovery. I constantly monitor your progress, adjusting the program to keep you motivated and aligned with your goals.​

KINESIOLOGY (*)

My kinesiology service is dedicated to improving your health through specific movements. Each session is personalized to address specific postural imbalances, reduce pain, and prevent injuries. We start with a detailed postural assessment, followed by corrective exercises aimed at restoring muscular balance and improving mobility. I closely monitor your progress, adjusting the exercises to ensure continuous improvement in your physical well-being.

My name is Chiara Villari, I hold a degree in Sports Science and have gained international experience in the fitness industry. After completing my studies in Italy, I further specialized in England, earning additional sports qualifications. During my time in the Netherlands, I reflected on my goals and decided to return to Italy to continue pursuing my passion for fitness.
